GUANÁBANA MECÁNICA: ART AND ILLUSTRATION STUDIO

Director de Arte Senior y miembro fundador de Guanábana Mecánica, junto a su esposa, María Elena Valdez. Originalmente el estudio fue concebido para proveer ilustraciones y material fotográfico manipulado a agencias de publicidad; y ha evolucionado desde entonces hasta convertirse en un espacio creativo que permite a ambos artistas explorar sus diferentes facetas.

Senior Art Director and founder member of Guanábana Mecánica, along with his wife, María Elena Valdez. The studio was originally conceived to provide illustrations and photographic manipulation for advertising agencies; and it's been evolving ever since until becoming a creative space for both artists to explore their different facets.

Un recorrido completo desde Director de Arte Junior hasta Senior en grandes agencias de publicidad como JMC / Young & Rubicam, Lintas / Franklin White, FCB, JWT and Ogilvy en Caracas. Durante este período Sandro trabajó con clientes reconocidos mundialmente como Kellogg's, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Mitsubishi Motors y Ford. Su trabajo creativo ganó los siguientes reconocimientos internacionales:

All the way from Junior to Senior Art Director at big advertising agencies such as JMC / Young & Rubicam, Lintas / Franklin White, FCB, JWT and Ogilvy in Caracas. During this period Sandro worked with world-renowned clients like Kellogg’s, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Mitsubishi Motors and Ford. His creative work won the following international awards:

Miembro fundador y co-director de la Revista Clips, primera revista de cómic y arte fantástico publicada en Venezuela. Co-director y participante en la serie de exhibiciones de arte fantástico "Clips - Una Visión al Comic Emergente".

Founder member and co-director of Clips Magazine, the first comic and fantastic art magazine published in Venezuela. Co-director and participant of the series of fantastic art exhibitions "Clips - A Vision of an Emergent Comic".
